Instructions
- Heat oil or butter: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil or butter over medium heat to prepare for sautéing the vegetables.
- Cook zucchini and mushrooms: Add the sliced zucchini and mushrooms to the skillet and cook for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally until they start to soften.
- Add garlic and thyme: Stir in the minced garlic and fresh thyme, cooking for another 2–3 minutes until the garlic is fragrant and the vegetables become tender.
- Season and garnish: Season the vegetables with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately for best flavor and texture.
